Igor Fedorov · Your local connection in Moscow

Hello, I’m Igor.

My work brings together local practical support, international cooperation and helping people feel more at home in an unfamiliar environment. Through Italiani in Russia, I have developed a project around useful information, community and personal assistance.

Moscow Welcome takes that experience to a wider international audience. Whether you are visiting for the first time, travelling on business or considering a longer stay, the aim is to help you understand the city and find the right local connection.

When you contact us about assistance, we begin with your situation. We clarify what you need, what can be arranged and who is responsible for each part. If specialist work is needed, such as legal or accounting services, the relevant professional partner handles that work.

One city. Three ways we can connect.

Useful information, with a person behind it

Travel inspiration should lead to practical next steps. We connect city guides with the real questions visitors ask before arrival and during their stay.

Clear scope, agreed in advance

You should understand what the assistance covers, what it costs and what depends on another provider before arranging a service.

International perspective, local focus

The portal welcomes an international audience. Personal accompaniment is based in Moscow, and requests can be discussed in four languages.

Sources and editorial transparency

Practical guides point to relevant official information. Provider requirements can change, so live procedures are confirmed for a specific request. Illustrations and affiliate relationships are explained in our disclosure page.
